2024-07-18 (Th) GrinderCompassMKIII REV19 model with central springs

I wanted the brass springs to come from the middle of the spinner's height instead of the top. This change should make miniaturization easier since the bolts can be any length, and I can sink them into the structure instead of keeping room for the coupling nut. I made gaps for the wire so the spinner halves could press flush together while keeping the wires in place.

I made the grooves on the axle deeper and wider to accommodate the wire, and I moved the platform to the middle of the axle holder so it would be adjacent to the brass springs.
