2024-12-30 (M) EWC_Noodle Bug fixes

My list of minor bugs was severe enough to dedicate a day to getting things in order. I ensured the synth started on instrument 000 to align with my program. I wanted to do something with the two lights under the domed button that used to have a PlayStation logo, so I lit one or the other up whenever I pressed the up or down paddle and turned them off upon release. The four lights next to the button now flicker in sequence when I am actively running the PANIC mode, and the screen clears away the channel and notes when I exit PANIC. The PANIC numbers used to interfere with the word "Percussion", but I will not have room for that in this build, so I got rid of it. The guitar now uses the "Start" and "Back" buttons to change the instrument, which made a lot more sense on the Wii version of this guitar, which had a "+" and "-." I implemented the whammy bar to send pitch-bending signals on the MIDI port.
