2025-02-17 (M) EWC_Soother Schematic REV1

I learned my lesson last time about sketching a schematic by hand and assuming I would not need to make any changes. Even though this was a simpler design than the previous project, I am confident that I will have to alter something. As I wrote this, I realized I forgot the power button, breaking a battery wire. I drew the ESP32 demo board but imported the rest of the components and made a few necessary alterations. I wired the MIDI ports based on the assumption that I could use any two as software serial pins, and I connected the encoders after checking that any pin could use interrupt programming.
