2025-03-01 (Sa) EWC_Soother Coding the instrument list

I added Wifi support with TcMenu, but the controller started boot-looping when I uploaded. Wireless was out of scope anyway. I looked at how to add all the instrument names. The TcMenu option was an enumerated list, but I had to add the MIDI instruments manually. I wrote a macro to systematically cut a line from a text file and paste it into a new menu item. The macro may have taken longer to write than the time I would have spent doing it manually, but it may be useful in the future, and it was a lot less tedious than copy-pasting 128 items. The list is valuable because changing the instrument here can be helpful when I implement the function that places each octave on a new channel.
