2025-03-02 (Su) EWC_Soother Getting data from TcMenu code

I was happy with how TcMenu worked, but I needed to see how to use it on the Arduino programming side. I started with the Bypass function since it was a Boolean and simpler than other possibilities. The documentation on the TcMenu webpage was helpful and clear. I wrote a short function to scan the bool for each cycle, then print a message when it went high and turn it off. This was a rising-edge one-shot. I confirmed with the serial monitor that the program would print a notice each time I pressed the button.
