A new chart was made to collect data. The new chart uses the timeOFF as the prescribed factor. From there the tattoo machine was set to a low timeON setting and gradually ramped up until reliable operation was obtained. The timeON, resulting speed, and duty cycle were all recorded. The results were put into a spreadsheet and graphed.
