A television crew from the Korean Broadcasting System visited my house for an interview about my chip implants. They were recording at Three Square Market, the Wisconsin company who offered their employees free implants they could use to badge-in at work and make food purchases at work.
During the interview, the producer was kind enough to take some pictures and keep my cat quiet. My cat and the producer were friends the second she arrived.
We talked about the biohacker involvement with chip implants before it was used by non-agriculture companies like Three Square Market. I showed them the x-ray of my hands where the implants were clearly visible. They were less interested in the magnet implants so I didn't dwell on that aspect of biohacking.
The producer heard about my implants through C00p3r of Dangerous Minds Podcast so the producer wanted to show my process for recording 2 Cyborgs and a Microphone. This was a totally staged performance with no actual recording but it was a fun chance to show off my recording space. My co-host, Tim, recorded with KBS the day before.
After the interview, we all went to a nearby restaurant for dinner. I invited some other people who were close to the biohacking scene. We electronic brought projects along to show off and talked about the nerdy stuff we usually talk about.
My friends were interviewed about their opinions regarding chip implants and the state of biohacking. Angeliki Beyko, Peng, and Doug were interviewed by the crew.
