Dawson got ready to leave Vani’s place but he wanted to do something nice for Agnes who cleaned up after Vani and him. They decided it would be thoughtful and appropriate to invite her to fly Dawson’s jet on the way back to Minnesota after he delivered the package to Roller Derby. Agnes is delighted and agrees. Vani brings Dawson and his car to Alabama through a portal after letting it warm up.
Dawson heads off to deliver the package and Vani goes back to Arizona. At the jet, Dawson manages to get everything into his car but not without difficulty. At the hospital, he encounters a nurse who seems reluctant to even allow him entry but once he finds out that Dawson is there to help Roller Derby, he’s anxious to lend a hand carrying the package to her. Once Roller Derby touched the exoskeleton Dawson was delivering, it bonded with her. It was important that no other uncharged female touch it first.
Dawson left the giddy nurse to talk with Roller Derby but on his way out of the hospital, he encountered a group of ONYX men in the parking lot. The driver spoke as though he remembered Minnesota but this time he had a gun which he fired into the air before Dawson could turn it to parts. This alerted Roller Derby who jumped out of the hospital window to fend off the ONYX men. The two of them escaped in Dawson's car but they were chased by ONYX.
Additional programming was done for the OpenVectorKB which allowed it to be used for editing work in Audacity on Windows. The new mode was accessed by pressing the mode changing button and uses an orange color on the LEDs which hasn’t been used before. All the buttons and encoders were remapped to provide different functions relevant to editing the podcast.
