Bandpass Filters from the CNC Mill
In most cases, a circuit board is populated with components to make something functional. In the case of hairpin filters, sometimes called microstrip filters, the copper on the board becomes the component and the only thing to install is RF connectors. This only seems to work above 300MHz though.
