A good hack is often simple. I had once brainstormed a project which sent a text notification when a circuit was completed. I never moved on it, and when I read that someone made one, I already knew the merit. Also, this hacker wrote code for his notifications to work with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and ESP8266. I was glad to see someone else had the same idea and thought it was worth pursuing.
