I looked at the schematic for the MAX30105 breakout board from Sparkfun and studied the datasheet. Some of the components may be unnecessary for my design, but they were added as a safeguard to the modules to prevent accidental damage from incorrect hookups. I also glanced at the circuitry for communication between the ESP-WROOM-32 module and a computer. Neither was added to the schematic yet.

I added eight addressable LEDs, eight capacitors, and a resistor to the schematic. These will be the primary lights on the board and probably the most attention-getting part, aside from the shape of the board. Eight is only a starting number and could change.
