2020-04-08 (W) Electro Knife for Simulated Combat EleKSCo

When this started as a group project, I began a hackaday.io page where everyone could gather, but it didn't materialize. Now that I was getting ready to write instructions, it was the most obvious place to put them, so I dusted off the internet cobwebs and added a bill of materials. Luckily, this was easy to concoct because I was sitting next to a complete model, and I could always reference the one with a transparent handle. After the BOM, I started outlining all the steps in a logical order.
