When I heard about the safety measures surrounding the coronavirus's spread, one that caught my attention was to keep your hands away from your face. We should avoid mashing germs into our eyes, nose, and mouth. It all makes perfect sense. Then I began to realize just how often I touch my face, and why we needed the warning. To stop himself from reaching for his face, this young man put a distance sensor on a baseball cap that alerted when it saw something too close.
