Some people with cerebral palsy can operate a joystick with their mouth, but that will only take you so far. Mouse control would be intuitive, but typing would be grueling. To make a more robust controller, this person added thirteen holes, harmonica style, to a joystick. It is possible to inhale or exhale on each port, so even with limited neck movement, someone would have twenty-six discrete inputs.
