Cutting PCBs with the wrong tool is frustrating. FR4 (Flame Retardant fiberglass) will dull a hacksaw blade and is too hard for hand sheers. My work has a table-mounted cutter that works marvelously. I snipped a few, but I stopped because I wanted the copper strips oriented the other way.

The new board arrived quickly, and I went to work again. I printed a template that was the same size and shape as the mounting base to mark my dimension for the cuts. I tried marking with a Sharpie, but a razor blade was far more accurate.
