After I drafted my footprints and laid out the panel, I tried to cut the enclosure. My laser went through the plywood the first time I put a slab in, but this new piece wouldn't slice all the way through. If I went over an area many times, I severely charred the wood, and when I pressed hard with my thumb, I could break out the pieces. I disliked how this severe burning worked, but I tested all my components' fit, and everything aligned neatly.
