I didn't record nearly as much, but I focused on this session as a self-critical lesson. I noticed unwanted mouth noises and tried to self-correct. I want this pass through the script to concentrate on improving rather than getting done. If I feel confident before I finish, I will cancel the rest and start fresh.
I read an article from one of my teachers and ordered a better microphone. The one I have has been all right for my purposes, but it adds a lot of noise. If you look closely at the first track's beginning, there is a fifteen-second recording of dead air that I would use as a sample for Audacity's noise-reduction filter.
