2024-04-01 (M) RADARBadge Grindfest graphics

The first run of this badge will be at Grindfest in late May 2024. They already had a cartoon Vitruvian Man logo that was cybernetically augmented on one half. I shrunk the logo to match the area and erased the lightbulb features that would have interfered. I started with the board that did not have circuitry to ensure everything fit. The backside has a mirrored logo except for the text, which is still legible.
