2024-05-19 (Su) RADARBadge Assembly instructions REV2

I revised the assembly instructions to streamline it by changing wording, splitting a step, and adding pictures. I take for granted how well I understand electrical fundamentals and created this circuit, so I did most of the revision work, making it clear how someone should connect the badge wires.
