I designed some specialty tweezers to hold the magnet. The ends were spatulas with a groove that would pass the axle and a cup to hold the cylindrical magnet. Instead of designing the complete tool, I put holes in the far end where I can fasten them together with an M3 bolt and nuts. The pieces can print flat without any support, and being made of plastic means they will not interfere with the magnetic field.
