2024-07-30 (Tu) GrinderCompassMKIII REV22's enlarged shell

I have been using the same shell for many REVs because the rigid axle holder kept the spinner from striking the shell walls. However, with the flexible spokes, the spinner can swing like a bell, and the low clearance to the walls was a problem. The height was also an issue since the drooping caused some bottoming out. I expanded the shell's height and width by generous margins, but I will tighten them later.
