2024-09-05 (Th) GrinderCompassMKIII REV32 model improvements

I thought long about how to keep the axle holder from hitting the walls, and I figured if I could keep the elastic tightly confined at all points, it would not come close to the wall. I shortened the elastic sockets on the shell and the ones touching the axle holder. I hollowed the shell's top, modeled a little cap with a stem to load everything from the top hole, and cut off the stem after sealing it. I kept a convenient viewing window in the front, but should not be necessary for installation.
