2024-09-08 (Su) GrinderCompassMKIII REV33 model with hex-drive cap

REV33 will have a top-loading cap, but because I had trouble making the last one fit, it has a 1/4" hexagonal stem to smooth the sides by loading it into a bit driver or electric drill. I also made the cap twice as deep to keep the elastic appropriately oriented. Since I was making hexagons, I changed the outside of the elastic holders to make it easier to tighten them. Lastly, I made the shell taller. Once I find the correct depth with the cap, I can cut away the excess for a flat top.
Hex is a theme this time
