2024-09-09 (M) GrinderCompassMKIII Power tool assembly

The plug printed nicely, but the 1/4" hex drive was too large for a bit driver. I fit it into an electric drill with no problem. I held the edge against a razor knife while spinning to make it smooth. I could not find my sandpaper. When the edge was nearly the right size, I put it into the case and spun it, eliminating rough edges on both surfaces. The friction generated noticeable heat.
Spin out the rough parts

I installed the axle holder and elastics from the top, then added the cap, which meant that I could build it from the top hole without using the front window. Tension between the plug and case was enough to hold it in position after assembly. I want the feedback mechanism closer to the spinner in the next REV.
Assembled from the top for the first time
