I printed the latest version with two shells. One had a bottom, and the other did not. The purpose of the one without a floor was to install plugs from top and bottom to ensure the elastic was seated properly so that I could adjust tension and position. The plugs were too small because I printed them at 97% scale, so they were loose in their sockets. I wrapped a piece of paper around the bottom one to increase friction. I want to make one version that I can seal up before I move to another design.
