After moving apartments, I set my 3D printer back up and started making parts again. The bottom of the print turned out as I expected, with three tabs coming off the center, but they stuck out like flower petals, so I could not use the design. I sat and thought about the idea, and I think I can redesign it so there is support material under the grooves and corresponding voids on the top portion.
