I installed a screen and tried programming an Arduino with the demo program, but I was careless with the power cables and burned it up. I had a non-identical spare and got it talking with the microcontroller, but when I tried to install it on my new mount, it would not fit. I assumed these finicky little screens had the same hole pattern, but they were off by a couple of millimeters.
I realized that my most recently ordered screens were significantly larger than the ones I was experimenting with. I changed the parameters in the OpenSCAD code, and the models looked like they would all work. I had to significantly change the riser size for the large screen since it had a tall inductor, whereas the smaller screens were slender on the underside.
