I uploaded pictures, models, and code to Thingiverse for the OLED mount. The code would not compile in the web app Customizer. I tried removing multi-line comments and integrating the threads library, but it never worked. Now, if people download the .scad file, they do not need to find the external library.
I started the Instructable with more care than I had put into the Thingiverse, which assumed some level of familiarity with 3D models and OpenSCAD code. I still need a picture and proofreading for the final version.
I published the Instructable with a new picture showing the unassembled parts and a final proofread. The OLED mount project is complete!
During a recent move, I carried a Rock Band guitar while handling a heavy box, which was strangely comforting. I've previously modified toy guitars to create Electronic WindChimes, but they required an external synthesizer. I plan to fit all the necessary components into a toy guitar to create a musical instrument I can play while relaxing or thinking. I want to control instrument parameters, velocity, and a beat generator.
I received a used Guitar Hero controller and used it to streamline my mind map, considering the hardware controls and the need for additional space. I also listed the input/output points and the hardware I wanted to include.
