2024-11-14 (Th) EWC_Noodle Speakers mounted and an incompatible screen nut

I printed the speaker bezels that I designed yesterday and started cutting square holes. I drilled two holes in each corner and finished the square with a jigsaw. The edges were rough, and the square could have been cleaner. I smoothed the edges and widened the necessary spots with a razor until the speaker fit. I had to carve a notch for the wires since they exited at the same level as the mounting ears.

I kept the speakers' mounting ears inside the case, but the white bezels went on the outside to hide my messy square holes. The overall look was excellent, and I am glad I spent the time making the bezels instead of just trying to hide the cuts or applying black glue by hand.
