2024-12-05 (Th) EWC_Noodle MIDI output

I started debugging the MIDI output port because it was easier than the input. Years ago, I built a MIDI cable tester and searched through my stock to find it. The tester has a couple of LEDs on one end and a DIN socket on the other. A properly wired connection will show a flickering green light when I send it data. If the wiring is Reversed, the Red light comes on. After I diagnose the input, I must fix the connection.
