2024-12-10 (Tu) EWC_Noodle CAD REV4

All the schematic changes should be over. I poured over my notes to update everything that changed since REV3. I added the I₂C addresses for IO expander 1, 2, and the screen. I included the part number for the optoisolator, Sharp PC817, and the pin numbers. Lastly, I updated the inputs and outputs for the IO tables.
