2025-04-05 (Sa) EWC_Soother Start of looping code

Looping is a lot of work and more complex than I expected. With audio recording, you record all the silence, noise, and your subject, then deal with the raw clip. My recording must be as compact as possible, so I only record data when I see a note go on or off. My mind was buzzing with all the variables, conditions, and states I would deal with, so I created variables and some code to do all the things.
